Job summary

Onebrief is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to serve as a trusted technical partner for military clients. You will maintain fluency in the Onebrief platform, translate updates into practical workflow impact, and act as the primary communication link between customers and Onebrief as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading military operational planning at large headquarters.
• Experience supporting customers and coordinating with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with software deployment on classified networks.
• Demonstrated ability to expand business within customer locations.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Ability to access DoD facilities and installations.

Responsibilities

• Clearly relay user needs to the product team and maintain platform proficiency.
• Leverage company resources to meet customer goals.
• Lead or support exercises to validate workflows.
• Observe users to suggest product improvements.
• Drive adoption by hands-on coaching and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate incidents between customers and engineering.
• Align efforts with other PAMs to synchronize planning across commands.
• Identify upsell opportunities by communicating Onebrief value.
