Job summary

Onebrief is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to serve as the trusted technical partner for military customers. You will maintain power-user level fluency in the platform, translate updates into practical workflow impacts, and act as the primary liaison between the customer and Onebrief as new capabilities roll out.

You will lead training, coordinate with engineering on incidents, and help drive adoption while expanding relationships with Allies and Partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading operational planning within a military context.
• Experience in customer support and engaging with clients.
• Ability to train users and coach teams on platform adoption.
• Strong product fluency to translate updates into customer value.
• Experience coordinating incidents between customers and engineering teams.
• You hold a current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and access to DOD facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer’s trusted technical partner and subject-matter expert.
• Maintain power-user fluency in the Onebrief platform and stay updated on releases.
• Serve as primary communication between customer and Onebrief teams.
• Deliver ongoing, role-specific training to ensure adoption of new capabilities.
• Bridge technical gaps between engineering and customers and explain product behavior clearly.
• Coordinate with customers and product engineering during incidents and outages.
• Uphold the Onebrief brand image and align efforts across commands for best experience.
• Support expansion to Allies and Partners and ensure cross-team synchronization.
