Job summary

Onebrief, a distributed team delivering AI-powered workflow software for federal planning, is hiring a Partner Engagement Manager for Federal Delivery. You will implement Onebrief at new federal customers, visiting headquarters and coordinating with stakeholders to drive adoption and success.

You will train users, align workflows across commands, and help expand the customer relationship through upsell opportunities, while maintaining strong security and compliance in government environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational planning in a federal government environment.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across large Federal organizations.
• Familiarity with exercises, readiness activities, and security requirements for deploying software on classified networks.
• Proven ability to expand adoption within Federal customer organizations.
• Experience providing high-touch customer support in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate user needs to the product team and drive product improvements.
• Understand, request, and leverage Company resources to meet the goals of the Company.
• Lead or support exercises.
• Use observations of our users to recommend product improvements.
• Identify gaps between existing directorate workflows and Onebrief usage, then drive adoption through hands-on configuration, user coaching, and workflow optimization.
• Respond to incidents by coordinating with customers and our product engineering team.
• Align your team’s efforts to deliver the best customer experience, coordinating with fellow Partner Engagement Managers.
• Enable expansion and upsell opportunities to Allies and Partners by instilling the Onebrief value proposition.
