Preference is for in-person work in Arlington, with remote options considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in alumni relations or related fields.
• Strong execution and relationship-management in high-touch networks.
• Experience scaling engagement programs.
• Comfort using CRM systems and data to guide decisions.
