Job summary

Stand Together, based in Arlington, VA, seeks a Priority Initiative Leader for Uniting Americans Around Our Founding Principles (UAFP). You will develop and refine the strategy and theory of change for how Stand Together and its partners build a shared American identity grounded in the country’s founding principles.

This role sits at the intersection of narrative and movement strategy, coalition leadership, and civics-market building.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a large philanthropic organization, foundation, or corporate social impact function.
• Proven ability to develop and execute national-scale strategy.
• Experience convening diverse partners around a shared agenda.
• Fluency with narrative and movement-marketing concepts, and comfort in media spaces.

Responsibilities

• Set and steward the overarching portfolio strategy and theory of change for the National Narrative, Action, and Civics pillars.
• Represent Stand Together externally, aligning a high-profile coalition of partners around a unified identity agenda.
• Integrate capabilities across content, marketing, fundraising, and partner development into a cohesive portfolio.
• Lead experiments and new builds, measuring impact and scaling what works.
