Stand Together seeks a Priority Initiative Leader for Strong & Safe Communities. This senior role shapes strategy and theory of change, guiding a broad coalition of Stand Together organizations, philanthropic partners, nonprofits, and policymakers toward a national-scale, outcomes-focused program.

You will weave activations, storytelling, fundraising, and partner development into a cohesive portfolio strategy and mentor emerging leaders to sustain impact long-term.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within a large, complex philanthropic organization, foundation, or corporate social impact function.

Responsibilities

• Set and steward the overarching strategy and theory of change for the portfolio.
• Partner with internal teams to identify and engage audiences.
