Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused leader to build and scale our partner programs in Arlington, VA. You will design and run recruitment and onboarding for a select group of high-potential partners, and craft referral pathways that turn advocacy into an organic driver of growth.

You will drive engagement by tailoring initiatives to partners' expertise, designing peer-based events, and creating 12- to 24-month plans that keep momentum and accountability across teams, while

Qualifications

• Track record of building and running high-touch relationship programs (donors, board members, or similar).
• Experience designing group experiences (events, salons, cohorts).
• Ability to work across functions with differing incentives to find common ground.
• Directness and humility when something hasn’t worked.

Responsibilities

• Design and run recruitment and onboarding processes for a high-value, low-volume group of partners.
• Build referral pathways that turn advocacy into an organic driver of growth.
• Match partners' expertise and interests to initiatives and tailor engagement accordingly.
• Build real feedback processes to keep partner engagement active and consistent.
• Design events, salons, and working groups to create peer-based value.
• Structure engagements for busy individuals so they lead conversations.
• Build and execute 12–24-month plans with cadence and accountability.
