Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Partnership Success Associate to serve as the portfolio operations and production engine for a donor engagement team. You will ensure data quality, produce materials, coordinate logistics, and keep workflows running smoothly.

You will work with Partnership Success Managers and Advisors, handling Salesforce hygiene, financial tracking, meeting materials, stewardship products, and day-to-day task management to deliver a high-quality partner experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fundraising/development, project coordination, operations, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent organization, task management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own core portfolio operations and recurring workflows; ensure accurate donor information and ready-to-use materials.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality, donor records, activities, opportunities, and next steps.
• Support financial tracking, reporting, donor lists, and portfolio tools for clear visibility into activity.
