Job summary

Stand Together is seeking an Events Strategy Program Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact in-person experiences. You will translate strategy into scalable operating models, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance to deepen partner relationships and fundraising outcomes.

You will build clarity in ambiguity, implement scalable processes, and influence stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, measurable results, and continuous improvement across the events portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record coordinating complex, cross-functional programs to completion.
• Ability to move initiatives through structured gates and approvals on cadence.
• Strong data-driven approach to measure and improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for in-person experiences from intake to debrief.
• Manage intake/approval flow, triage requests, route to decision-makers.
• Staff and coordinate steering committees for complex events with business cases and materials.
• Coordinate year-round scheduling and resource oversight to protect partner relationships.
• Track status across experiences and keep teams on track and accountable.
• Lead post-event debriefs and long-term look-backs to inform improvements.
