NRI North America is seeking a Partner Demand Specialist to drive demand generation in collaboration with strategic partners across the US and Canada. You will work with Partner Marketing, Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations to execute integrated campaigns and translate insights into compelling narratives.

You will manage outbound campaigns, optimize funnel performance, and help accelerate deals through vendor programs, co-op funds, and events, while ensuring brand alignment and pipeline

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
• 3–5 years in demand generation or partner/channel marketing.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent project management and communication.
• Ability to review campaign creative and messaging for brand alignment.
• Experience planning events, webinars, or trade shows.
• Comfort with changing priorities and new technologies.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Microsoft technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales and partner marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
• Coordinate with partner channel teams to generate warm leads and competitive advantage.
• Align with vendor channel managers on targets, funding, training, and programs.
• Support go-to-market by leveraging vendor incentives and co-op funds.
• Prioritize quality over quantity to drive meaningful pipeline impact.
• Conduct outbound prospecting for cloud consulting services including Microsoft, Cisco, Pure Storage.
• Use CRM and sales tools to document prospecting activities and lead status.
• Aim to exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified appointments.
• Build and manage outbound email campaigns and cadences.
