Job summary

The Fundamental Group, a Boston-based marketing technology group, seeks a Paid Search Specialist to deliver high-level SEM strategies and optimizations. You will analyze data, collaborate on strategy with clients and the SEM team, and test hypotheses to improve campaign performance.

We require at least 2 years in a similar role, proficiency with Google & Bing Ads, GA4, and Excel/Sheets. Previous SEO/content marketing experience is a plus; a discretionary bonus complements a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SEM or Marketing Analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads and GA4.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads/Bing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret analytics data for senior team review and strategy.
• Contribute insights to optimize campaigns and projections.
• Assist in training new hires and team development at FM.
• Serve as the first point of contact for account support requests.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly performance reviews with Global Head of Search.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects beyond standard account duties.
