Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will craft targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and testing, and drive account growth through retention and upsell with a 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns themselves.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
