Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

Role focuses on paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with budget management, testing, tracking and clear performance storytelling across the quarterly roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
