Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our flexible packaging business in northeast TN. You’ll blend consultative selling with technical learning to solve packaging challenges and help brands stand out on shelves.

You’ll manage accounts end-to-end, tailor proposals, and forecast performance while collaborating with R&D, prepress, and production to deliver high-impact packaging solutions. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate long B2B sales cycles and close deals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including international travel).
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow New Business across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods industries.
• Open doors, build trust, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems.
