Blue Origin LLC in Arlington, VA seeks a PAC & Government Relations Manager to drive growth in Blue PAC membership and manage engagement across Blue Origin sites. The role supports the Government Relations team and interfaces with the C-suite on PAC activities.

The position requires significant travel (25-50%), strategy development, events planning, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen advocacy and regulatory efforts while ensuring compliance with federal campaign finance laws.

Qualifications

• BA or BS is required.
• Proven experience with federal campaigns, fundraising, political donations, and/or running a corporate PAC.
• Full understanding of federal campaign finance law and compliance.
• Outgoing personality with ability to recruit and influence others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. federal policymaking process and government relations.

Responsibilities

• Drive significant growth in Blue PAC membership through recruitment strategies and engagement.
• Develop and execute PAC member engagement strategy and events.
• Manage the PAC budget, forecasting, and reporting.
• Plan and execute PAC events for employees, executives, and external stakeholders.
• Interface with senior executives for PAC activities and staff those events.
• Represent Blue Origin and the Blue PAC at external events and fundraisers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal units to support federal advocacy.
