The ideal candidate has extensive experience translating technical aerospace concepts into clear narratives, with strong writing and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in executive communications or related fields.
• Experience supporting C-suite leaders in technical or high-growth environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical content into accessible executive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Define executive communications strategy with CEO and senior leaders.
• Develop speeches, remarks, scripts, talking points, and op-eds for internal and external audiences.
• Shape internal leadership voice across town halls, videos, and organizational updates.
• Support external engagements with media relations and external communications partners.
