Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for aerospace NPI development and manufacturing. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to drive complex programs from concept through delivery.

The role requires strong communication with top leadership and government stakeholders, plus the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and risk in a fast-paced environment. Some travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in electrical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of technical program management in aerospace NPI and manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs from concept through manufacture and testing.
• Coordinate across customers, internal teams, and leadership to meet schedules.
• Manage funding and lifecycle activities for multiple products.
