Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Washington state seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to lead end-to-end deal execution for high-impact partnerships, including term sheet design and warrants or other incentives.

You will work with executive leadership, structure strategic partnerships, develop market theses, and build scalable playbooks across legal, tax, finance, and operations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development or related fields.
• Proven ability to structure and execute complex commercial partnerships with financial components.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deal execution for complex partnerships, including opportunity assessment and closing.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that may include warrants or options.
• Develop market maps, partner landscapes, and theses for priority categories.
• Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and playbooks for partnerships.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, HR, and Engineering across multiple units.
