Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Strategy & Management Director for Procure to Pay to identify and lead high-visibility product initiatives that drive client value and platform performance.

You will partner with clients, engineering, and senior leaders to shape roadmaps, develop business cases, and accelerate delivery of internal and client-facing software solutions across EDI Exchange, Accounts Payable, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading complex software product initiatives from opportunity identification through delivery.
• Experience with EDI exchanges, Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, supply chain, or related enterprise tech solutions.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled software solutions that create business value.
• Experience conducting client discovery, hypothesis testing, experimentation, and product-market fit validation.
• Strong knowledge of modern product management practices, including continuous discovery and empowered teams.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and product investment recommendations.
• Experience with AI-enabled software development lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices preferred.
• Healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through client discovery, competitive analysis, and trends.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery, including client interviews and solution validation.
• Develop business cases for product investments using financial modeling and ROI analysis.
• Define and execute roadmaps for Procure to Pay capabilities (EDI Exchange and AP).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to bring solutions to market.
• Translate complex concepts into clear product strategies and actionable recommendations.
