Job summary

Vizient seeks a Director, P2P Solution Engineering & Business Development to lead a high-performing team translating client needs into tailored procure-to-pay solutions. You will guide demonstrations, pricing support, and sales enablement while exploring market trends, partnerships, and AI-enabled innovations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Operations to shape portfolio strategy and win new business, including RFP/RFI responses and executive engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and coaching professional-level employees.
• Proven success supporting complex sales cycles with client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the P2P Solution Engineering team and establish best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product Management, Marketing and Operations to tailor solutions.
• Oversee client discovery, solution design workshops, executive presentations and pricing strategies.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and other client inquiries to strengthen pursuits.
• Manage sales pipeline activity, performance metrics and business development opportunities.
• Represent P2P solutions at client meetings, conferences and events; identify growth opportunities.
