Vizient is seeking a seasoned strategic program partner to oversee a portfolio of enterprise initiatives within the Procure-to-Pay organization. You will work with business and technology leaders to align priorities, guide execution, and realize measurable business outcomes.

You will identify opportunities, shape approaches, define roadmaps, and drive initiatives from concept through successful delivery and value realization.

Formación

• 7+ years leading strategic programs and portfolio management.
• Proven track record with enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions.
• Familiarity with P2P, procurement, finance, or ERP-enabled transformations.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Planner, Jira or Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Align initiatives with priorities and capacity.
• Facilitate strategic planning and define success measures.
• Advise on prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Lead cross-functional programs from discovery to value realization.
• Establish governance and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and dependencies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for issue resolution.
• Monitor health, readiness, risks, and portfolio performance.
• Deliver portfolio updates to leaders and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement in governance and execution.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and dashboards.
