Job summary

Vizient is seeking a senior strategic program partner to drive a portfolio of enterprise initiatives within the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) organization. You will align business and technology leaders, shape roadmaps, and deliver measurable value across multiple functions.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, define execution plans, and guide initiatives from concept through realization. This hybrid role sits across five U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading strategic programs and transformations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions.
• Experience managing portfolios of initiatives and governance structures.
• Familiarity with P2P, procurement, finance or ERP transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives with alignment to priorities and capacity.
• Facilitate planning discussions; define success measures and execution approaches.
• Advise leaders on prioritization, sequencing, and investments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity to value realization.
• Prepare executive-level portfolio updates and governance materials.
