Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking a Plan-to-Forecast and Reporting Specialist to support the end-to-end P2F and reporting processes. The role requires in-depth SAP and financial systems knowledge and will ensure data accuracy, controls, and timely delivery.

You will work with the regional GBS USSC team to develop forecasts, manage templates, and support data integrations while addressing escalated issues and ensuring strong data validation across systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant area.
• Experience: 4+ years in business analysis, financial planning, financial systems or related areas.
• SAP experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Master Data and Planning tools/processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Plan-to-Forecast (P2F) and reporting support for the regional GBS USSC scope.
• Develop and manage annual, long-range, and periodic forecasts; assist in templates and data uploads.
• Analyze cost structures, cost types and cost centers; ensure data validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare benefits forecast analyses and share trends with Finance partners.
• Troubleshoot daily user tickets; recommend preventive measures.
• Test and validate system upgrades, reports and data integrations.
