Job summary

Coach, based in New York, seeks a skilled FP&A professional to manage forecasting and close processes, analyze performance drivers, and partner with Marketing, Transportation, Store Construction, and other teams. You will drive cost optimization and robust financial planning, leveraging SAP and PBCS where appropriate.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5+ years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP and PBCS desirable.
• P&L budgeting/forecasting experience with driver-based models.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage accurate financial forecast models with business partners.
• Explain key variances, trends and performance drivers with ad hoc reporting.
• Support cross-functional partners across Marketing, Transportation, Store Construction, Customer Care, Facilities and Lease teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve expense management.
