Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo is seeking a Senior Analyst for Regional Excellence to bridge finance and IT for optimal financial systems alignment. The role collaborates with global, regional and IT teams to ensure SAP S4/Hana and related tools support business objectives and regulatory compliance.

You will engage in system enhancements, testing, documentation, training, and governance while driving improvements across regions and functions. A strong background in finance/IT and SAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
• 4+ years of business analysis, financial systems or IT experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical industry and PHARMA guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge finance and IT to align financial systems with business objectives.
• Lead regional initiatives with global process teams and manage integration impacts.
• Document requirements for SAP modules and other systems (S4/Hana, VIM, RPA, dashboards).
• Develop and maintain documentation including policies, procedures and user guides.
• Test and validate system upgrades, reports and data integrations.
