Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead Arlington and NADCs planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will own MOH, COGS, volume, headcount and productivity analyses, while ensuring accurate period closes within SAP/BPC and supporting governance processes.

The role requires strong SAP experience, cross-functional partnership, and a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting, FP&A, or plant finance.
• Strong SAP experience with close, reporting and variance analysis.
• Experience with BPC, AOP/forecast, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting and performance management for Arlington and NADCs.
• Execute period and month closes across SAP/BPC with governance practices.
• Produce COGS, manufacturing variance, and production settlement reports.
• Manage inventory reserves, MOH, payroll accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support SOX compliance and audit readiness.
