Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel as needed; US work authorization required without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients through outsourcing planning, deployment and management lifecycle.
• Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks.
• Guide clients on alternative outsourcing models (as-a-service, managed service, co-source, crowd source, staff augmentation).
• Develop understanding of service provider solutions available in the marketplace.
• Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility in the work environment.
