Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager in our Mid Market Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services practice in Dallas. You will be the primary relationship manager for clients, guiding executives and leading complex engagements with strong technical accounting expertise.

You will drive transformation initiatives, oversee P2P, O2C, and R2R processes, and lead business development and staffing, while mentoring teams and upholding Baker Tilly's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA, MBA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of accounting/consulting experience.
• At least five years of supervisory leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives, managing client relationships.
• Lead multiple engagements and manage risks with mitigation plans.
• Direct staffing based on client needs and skills.
• Oversee outsourced accounting delivery (P2P, O2C, R2R) and month-end closes.
• Lead client communications and challenging conversations for best outcomes.
