Job summary

Flexpak is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Twin Falls, Burley, and Pocatello area. This full-time role focuses on building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored packaging solutions to drive customer success.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in B2C or B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging automation is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Willingness to reside in or near the Twin Falls / Burley / Pocatello area.
• Must be located in Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Introduce innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively seek sales opportunities and cross-sell additional services.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales with new and existing clients.
• Partner with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer programs effectively through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's market growth goals.
