Job summary

Flexpak is seeking a driven Packaging Consultant to join the team in the Twin Falls / Burley / Pocatello area. In this full-time role, you will build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver packaging solutions that drive customer success.

Candidates with a track record in B2C sales and strong communication will excel. The compensation includes a base salary during onboarding and a commission-based structure from year two, with significant earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions.
• Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to reside in Twin Falls / Burley / Pocatello area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Introduce innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively seek sales opportunities and cross-sell additional services.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales with new and existing clients.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer programs through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to market growth goals.
