Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Hollywood, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role focuses on promoting electrical, data, and related products while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work 8am–5pm, engage customers, analyze needs, and partner with suppliers to tailor solutions that meet business objectives. Previous sales experience and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Work Hours: 8am - 5pm
• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products and communicate features and benefits
• Increase business by generating sales from new customers and by selling additional products to existing customers
• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers to plan and implement sales strategies
• Assist customers with product selection and application using knowledge and internal resources
• Maintain customer relationships and tailor solutions to business objectives
• Coordinate sales calls with vendors and provide ongoing communication throughout purchasing lifecycle
• Resolve payment issues with management, credit, and customers
• Report market information to management and participate in training and development
