LiftOne, a family-owned company with four generations of leadership, seeks a driven Sales/Account position to service existing customers, expand the rental client base, and manage contracts in SAP. The role emphasizes strong customer service, phone-driven prospecting, and swift problem-solving within a dynamic team.

You will generate interest among current and dormant customers, handle price-following and discounting, and ensure accurate rental paperwork while working closely with transportation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years sales experience or training preferred.
• Fast-paced environment experience desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Proven inside sales experience with track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone presence and ability to make many calls daily.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.

Responsabilidades

• Service existing customer accounts and learn equipment via training documents.
• Expand rental customer base by cold-calling and engaging dormant customers.
• Create rental contracts in SAP and coordinate delivery/pickup with transportation teams.
• Assist collections with accounts receivable and monitor DSO.
• Review and process billing on rental contracts and maintain documentation.
• Utilize BI & SAP reports to drive rental metrics.
