Dealer Tire in the Kansas City area is hiring a Maintenance Care Retention Specialist to advise dealers on optimizing tire programs and profitability. You will manage a dealer portfolio, drive sales, and collaborate with service and parts managers to align pricing and inventory with business goals.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven territory-selling experience, and strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience selling with territory management.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in sales processes, negotiation and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet/exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Assist dealers via a customized action plan to maximize opportunity.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and dealer stakeholders to set pricing and inventory levels; meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain consistent monthly dealer contact schedule.
• Manage all activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
• Share industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
