Senior Helpers - Greater Philadelphia is seeking an Outreach Manager in Elkins Park, PA to drive growth of our home care services through proactive partnerships and targeted marketing initiatives. You will report to the Operations Manager and Owner in a full-time executive role.

The role emphasizes leadership, healthcare industry knowledge, and strong communication to build referrals from clients, families, and providers while ensuring compliance and driving business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in home care or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of business management, finances, and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Owner to develop marketing strategies and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor staff performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Track KPIs and adjust strategies to improve branch performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Oversee office equipment and supplies maintenance.
