Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to manage outreach and business development across assigned territories, delivering marketing plans and meeting objectives while reporting to the Director of Marketing and Community Outreach.

The role involves educating healthcare professionals, building referral networks, tracking KPIs, coordinating events, and mentoring staff, with extensive travel and strong presentation skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 1–5 years in a B2B, or Healthcare environment; or 1–3 years in a marketing/outreach role in home health, hospice or related industry.
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide information to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services offered by Always Best Care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Track KPI metrics and prepare reports for staff meetings and leadership.
• Coordinate outreach strategy with team members and managers.
• Coordinate new client intakes with customer service for timely initiation of care.
• Represent ABC at networking meetings and events; attend budget discussions for outreach.
• Travel to client sites and events to promote services and generate leads.
