Job summary

Vi at Lakeside Village seeks an Outreach Manager to build relationships with local businesses and the community to generate referrals and admissions for the care center. You will lead outreach, public relations, and marketing activities to promote services and attract residents.

The role requires 5+ years in business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare, plus a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and a luxury work environment are offered.

• Experience with community outreach and presentations to various groups
• College degree required; valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities for promoting the community and coordinating referral/outreach events or activities to attract and secure referrals that generate leads.
• Developing and evaluating a quarterly/annual outreach and marketing plan.
• Representing the company and establishing relationships with business and community leaders as well as conducting public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center.
• Partnering with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents.
