Qualifications

• Two or more years in outbound calling, lead generation or related role.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify target accounts and opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce solutions.
• Use email, LinkedIn and other channels to support prospecting.
• Identify decision-makers and potential product users.
• Build prospect lists based on industry and territory.
• Tailor outreach to each prospect’s needs and challenges.
• Generate qualified demonstrations and appointments for outside sales.
