NeighborHealth, formerly East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, is expanding its Education & Training Institute to build the future healthcare workforce through learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

As an Organizational Development & Learning Partner, you will collaborate with senior leaders, academic partners, and workforce partners to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that strengthen employee capabilities and advance strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in organizational development, learning and development, talent management, workforce development, or healthcare education.
• Minimum of two years leading organization-wide initiatives or cross-functional projects.
• Healthcare experience is required.
• Experience designing leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve an organization-wide learning and development strategy aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning, professional development, and workforce development needs.
• Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate employee and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders on learning and workforce development priorities.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, team effectiveness workshops, and department development initiatives.
• Support onboarding, mandatory education, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
