Job summary

The Organizational Development Team at Moffitt seeks an Advisor I to influence behavioral change and support leaders, teams, and the organization. You will partner closely with Human Resources, Enterprise Project Management, Process Excellence, and clients to design and implement strategies for solving complex organizational challenges.

You will use Organizational Development methodologies to align work force with key initiatives, provide planning, facilitation, and consulting services to teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 5 years of commensurate experience in Organizational Development or a related field or a Master’s degree and 3 year of experience.
• Proven ability to consult with clients to diagnose root causes and engage in collaborative problem solving

Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment and Diagnosis using interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
• Intervention design and facilitation of sessions, programs, and retreats.
• Develops and disseminates assessments and conducts data analysis to determine program impact.
• Develops and implements evidence-based interventions to meet goals.
• Assesses intervention effectiveness using quantitative/qualitative methods.
• Researches industry best practices to propose enhancements to OD programs.
• Team Member Engagement Survey Support and guidance on data interpretation and action planning.
• Change Management support including readiness, risk, communication planning, and addressing resistance.
• Team Dynamics support including resolving conflicts and adapting to group norms.
• Collaborates with leaders to design customized solutions for team engagement and productivity.
• Behavioral Assessments support (e.g., StrengthsFinder, DiSC) and interpretation of results

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Leadership, Human Resources or other related field
