Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an Advisor I in Organizational Development to partner with HR, Enterprise Project Management, and Process Excellence. You will diagnose development needs, design OD interventions, and support teams in implementing improvements to drive business results.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, program facilitation, data analysis, and change management across departments, shaping a culture of continuous improvement and elevated engagement.

Qualifications

• Needs assessment and diagnosis of client development needs.
• Designs and facilitates sessions, programs, and retreats to meet client goals.
• Experience with data interpretation, action planning, and solution implementation.
• Change management and leadership development experience.
• Team dynamics and engagement interventions to improve productivity.
• Experience with behavioral assessments (e.g., StrengthsFinder, DiSC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and diagnose client development needs and team dynamics.
• Design and facilitate OD interventions, retreats, and training sessions.
• Analyze data to determine program impact and guide action planning.
• Provide change-management support for organization-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance engagement and performance.
• Interpret behavioral assessment results and apply insights to interventions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development/IO Psychology/HR

Master’s Degree in Organizational Development/IO Psychology/Related Field
