Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Anderson, SC seeks an Order Management and Production Coordinator to harmonize Sales, Engineering, Operations, Production, Inventory/Purchasing and Finance for engineered or configured products. You will review orders, translate requirements into sales and production orders, and schedule work to ensure timely delivery.

You will monitor readiness, maintain ERP data, and coordinate across functions to resolve issues and optimize production flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management and production coordination in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret quotations, purchase orders, drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
• ERP proficiency and accurate transactions across functions.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, contracts, drawings, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify pricing, quantities, configurations, delivery requirements, and other details.
• Enter orders in ERP and communicate acknowledgements to customers.
• Schedule and prioritize orders based on delivery dates, capacity, and materials.
• Create and maintain work orders for subassemblies and finished products.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to ensure required documentation is ready.
