Justrite Safety Group is seeking an Order Management & Production Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Anderson, SC. You will serve as the central link between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Production, Inventory/Purchasing, and Finance to manage engineered-to-order and configured products.

You will review orders, schedule production, coordinate documentation, and ensure on-time delivery while communicating across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating orders in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read quotes, purchase orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Review orders, contracts, quotations, drawings, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Schedule and prioritize orders based on delivery dates, capacity, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to ensure documentation and instructions are ready for execution.
• Monitor order readiness, resolve schedule risks, and escalate issues impacting delivery.
