Job summary

Festo Corporation in the United States is seeking a Strategic Order Management Specialist to support the execution of strategic customer order management activities across North America. You will manage long-term orders, contract inventory commitments, and CUP2 coordination, acting as a key contributor within the Strategic Order Management team to ensure accurate, timely order processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant business experience.
• Experience with ERP, SAP or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic order management activities across North America.
• Monitor delivery dates, overdue orders, and risk to customer commitments.
• Coordinate recovery actions for constrained supply and contract inventory gaps.
• Maintain accurate order and project status across CUP2 processes.
• Communicate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning, and Logistics to align expectations.
