Job summary

Festo Corporation is seeking a Sales and Logistics Support Specialist to manage customer data, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate training logistics. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, high-quality customer support, and efficient delivery of training solutions through coordination of sales operations and equipment logistics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP, CRM and ERP/order-entry processes.
• CRM administration and lead-management processes.
• Quotation creation and management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Conflict solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer literacy—MS Office, CRM and ERP/order-entry systems.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes requests to create, modify, and inactivate customer records in ERP/CRM.
• Evaluates customer and prospect data for completeness, accuracy, and data quality.
• Operates ERP and CRM to manage customer, prospect, contact, and sales data.
• Creates, updates, and tracks quotations using ERP/CRM and quotation processes.
• Reviews inquiries for quotations, sales orders, status, delivery, and account information.
• Interacts with sales leadership and customers regarding leads, quotations, orders, and shipping information.
• Expedites orders and resolves quotation, order-entry, delivery, CRM, and customer-data issues.
• Captures and routes inquiries via calls, emails, and web to the appropriate sales resource.
• Maintains CRM lead and opportunity records and pipeline hygiene.
• Ensures consistent sales-process execution with accurate documentation of interactions and orders.
• Other tasks may be assigned as required.
