Festo SE & Co. KG is seeking a Strategic Order Management Specialist in Mason, OH. The role supports execution of strategic customer order management activities across North America, including customer contract inventory management and CUP2 coordination.

You will be a key contributor ensuring long-term orders, inventory commitments, and pre-order project requirements are managed with accuracy and urgency. You will monitor order status, manage risks, and drive proactive planning across internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant business experience.
• Experience in order management, customer service, supply planning, or logistics.

Responsabilités

• Manage strategic orders and long-term demand to protect delivery performance.
• Monitor delivery dates, promise dates, overdue orders and CUP2 feasibility.
• Coordinate recovery actions for constrained supply and inventory gaps.
• Provide accurate order and project status, and escalate risks timely.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Production, Logistics and Finance.
