Job summary

Festo Corporation in Mason, OH, seeks a Sales and Logistics Support Specialist to support the Industrial Workforce Development offering, manage customer data, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate training logistics. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment and high-quality customer support through effective coordination of sales operations and training equipment logistics.

The position delivers exceptional customer experience and supports workforce development programs by

Qualifications

Experience with SAP, CRM/ERP, and order-entry processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP systems experience.
Experience with quotation creation and management.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and inactivate customer records in ERP/CRM.
Evaluate data for completeness, accuracy, duplication, and quality.
Maintain CRM lead and opportunity records and related data.
Create, update, and track quotations and manage orders.
Coordinate with sales leadership and customers regarding quotes, orders, and delivery status.
Resolve quotation, order-entry, and customer-data issues.
Capture inquiries via calls, emails, and web leads and route to sales.
