Festo Corporation seeks a Regional Business Planner to lead demand planning and S&OP activities across Sales, PMMs and Supply Chain. You will own forecast accuracy, drive improvements, and steward KPI performance while coordinating with global hubs and key stakeholders.

You will utilize Maestro and SAP to generate accurate forecasts, incorporate promotions and launches, and guide capacity planning to meet demand with optimal cost. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or master27s degree in business administration, economics or engineering.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• 35 years of relevant business experience.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, Rapid Response Maestro or comparable)
• Expertise in Sales & Operations Planning
• Strong knowledge in processes like Procurement, Production Planning & Scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of Sales and Order Management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Analysis for Office (AO)
• Implementation (Hands-On) skills
• Motivational, Inspirational and Convincing skills
• Change Management skills

Aufgaben

• Lead S&OP processes, aligning Sales, PMMs and Supply Chain teams around a reliable forecast.
• Own and improve forecast accuracy and bias KPIs, conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
• Lead regular demand review meetings with insights, risks and actions.
• Develop end-to-end demand planning cycle and update forecasts, including promotions and new launches.
• Coordinate tDCA to align Demand and Production.
• Coordinate with CUP2 projects and other initiatives.
• Operate Maestro to generate forecasts across product families.
• Provide SNP tasks related to KMAT planning.
• Coordinate with global and regional planning hubs for integrated information flow.
• Provide forecast-related insights and reports to Management and other departments.
• Facilitate cross-functional roundtables to align on demand and market signals.
• Communicate forecast updates, constraints and signals to Procurement, HQ BU planning and production.
