Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager in California to drive profitable growth by leading full lifecycle sales for Oracle Fusion and Industry Applications within Financial Services. You will originate opportunities, shape deals, and close with major clients, leveraging Accenture offerings and Oracle partnerships.

You will build relationships with C‑level sponsors, navigate complex buying groups, and work across professional services to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years implementing, selling/closing deals in the professional services space, focused on selling Oracle Fusion and Industry Applications
• Sales experience of selling into any of these industries is preferred; Financial Services, Communications/Media/Technology, Products (Consumer, Retail, Life Sciences), Resources (Utilities, Oil & Gas, Energy) since you will be deployed to one of these Industry Groups to sell Oracle solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years Sales Origination & Sales Pursuit Management experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience exceeding sales quota, preferably greater than $20M TCV
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
