Accenture is seeking a senior Oracle Financials practitioner who leads the full functional workstream on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials transformations, from design through go-live and hypercare. You will own the Financials workstream end-to-end, lead a team of functional consultants, and serve as the primary functional authority for CFOs and Finance leadership.

You will shape how finance functions operate, not just configure Oracle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle Financials implementation experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading the Financials functional workstream on Oracle Cloud ERP programs.
• Experience with core finance and accounting processes: COA design, sub-ledger, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, period-close.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials workstream across the full project lifecycle.
• Own solution design for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections.
• Facilitate executive workshops with CFOs and Finance leadership; document requirements and functional specs.
• Define and enforce functional configuration standards; review design documents and test scripts.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and data migration strategies; ensure end-to-end coherence.
• Mentor and develop a team of Oracle Financials functional consultants; support Accenture Edge pursuits.
