Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director for Operations & Supply Chain within the PF&M organization in Tucson, AZ. The role leads OSC strategies across new business pursuits, bids, development, sustainment, production, and obsolescence management to ensure cost, schedule, and performance goals.

The position directly leads Material Program Managers and Program Operations Managers, guiding budget, schedule, and resource plans while delivering clear presentations to executives and customers.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with senior leadership experience in defense/aerospace.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization and managing functional P&L.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSC strategy across new pursuits, bids, development, sustainment, and production.
• Directly manage Material Program Managers and Program Operations Managers.
• Ensure program cost, schedule, and performance goals are achieved.
• Collaborate across program, engineering, and supply chain partners.
